Coronation Property Services Property Management team exclusively manages apartments developed and built by Coronation Property and owned by our customers. This property management service facilities a cohesive transition between a property transaction and ongoing management.
By opting to use the Coronation Property Services Property Management team, you’ll have an on-site team who will source and manage tenants, send you relevant documentation, and regularly review the local market rates to help maximize your returns.

BUILDING MANAGEMENT
We take pride in our buildings, which is why we offer an on-site Building Manager services who will address daily concerns and oversee the maintenance of both your apartment and the building.

DEFECT MANAGEMENT PROCESS
We have a dedicated team to manage the integrity and longevity of your property by closely managing any reported defects.
All owners are given access to the Mybos portal to report any issues found within their property. The team then reviews and liaises with the builders to have the issues rectified to completion in a timely manner.
The Building Mangers also use the portal to report common area issues throughout the building and work with the builders and Strata Management to rectify all issues as they arise.

MYBOS
An internet-based system that manages all day-to-day communications, record-keeping and task tracking between occupants, building staff and building managers in residential buildings.
MYBOS facilitates a timely, efficient and effective service delivery to residential and commercial developments.The software is cloud-based and runs on our secure web servers, so users can access their property’s data and their authorised functions from anywhere in the world, using only a web browser and their login name and password.
In addition, MYBOS intelligently and conveniently integrates into its system a variety of notification options for critical events, and hardware components such as wireless temperature and water sensors for increased productivity.
